So, I found this post on social media and had to share the story of Anissa Nicole Hill. she says it best, when we are dealing with narcissists do not let them back into your world. The bottom line is if your past comes back do not allow it to bring what made you leave back into your world. There will be nothing there but the same heartache and pain along with a hard lesson to be learned.
